How to Remove the Fuel Level Sensor from the Fuel Pump Module on Chrysler Town & Country?

The first step to removing the fuel level sensor is to take out the fuel pump module. Press down the retaining clock on the bottom of the module to disconnect the pump/level sensor cable from the fuel pump module connector. You cannot access the pump on the station through its top harness or remove it. After that, remove the locking wedge. Tilt off the locking finger using a small screwdriver, then push the connector terminal out. After that, press out the level sensor signal and ground terminals from the connector. Pull the fuel pump module toward the top of the level sensor holding and insert a screwdriver like a lever. Pull the level sensor wires through the opening in the pump module and then push the sensor all the way out of the installation channel.

Put the wires from the level sensor into the module's hole at the base and coil them around the part at the back of the level sensor.
