Attach all valves to the wiper arm pivots, tighten their retaining nuts to 18 N.m (13 ft. lbs.), then fit the nut caps over all nuts.

How to Maintain and Fix a Wiper Arm on Chrysler Crossfire?

Before you begin work on the wiper arm, first open the hood and raise it with the hood prop. First, move the wiper up to be over-center and gently pull out the plastic nut cap from its opening on the wiper arm. Take out the nut that holds the wiper arm assembly to the wiper pivot shaft. Separate the wiper arm from the wiper pivot shaft using the pair of battery terminal pullers to keep from damaging the shaft or threads. Once you take off the wiper arm, place the wiper pivot assembly on the pivot shaft and tighten the wiper arm attachment nut only enough that it doesn't move. Lay the wiper arm to the bottom so that the center part of the wiper blade rests on a line made by the dot pattern on the windshield. Apply 19 N.m (14 ft. lbs.) of torque to the wiper arm retaining nut, then press the plastic nut cap into the wiper arm to cover up the attachment nut. In the end, take out the hood prop and close the hood.
