Do not remove the bellcrank when installing the wiper motor or the cam in the motor might not line up which means another wiper motor must be purchased. From Mopar(R), the wiper motor and bellcrank come already put together. Before you start assembling, place the pocket nuts (1) into the motor or else insert one nut into the motor that matches the pocket. Line up the wiper motor in its proper mounting place, tightening the pocket nuts and then attach and tighten the bolts (1). After adjusting the wipers, connect the wiper linkage to the ball on the bellcrank and apply Mopar(R) grease as you go. Set up the front wiper module (3) and connect the negative part of the battery.

How to Remove and Install a Wiper Motor on Chrysler Crossfire?

You should first pull the negative battery cable out before you take the wiper module from your car. Now, unscrew the nut that holds the crank arm to the shaft and mark a position on each piece for correct alignment once things are back together. Press off the crank arm from the wiper motor shaft, followed by removing the three bolts that hold the wiper motor in place and taking out the motor. Sync the wiper motor shaft onto the park position before you clip the wiper motor into the wiper motor module.
