Check the installation of the slide bushings in the timing cover, after which the cover and gasket are installed together and fastened using 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.); meanwhile, fasten the large lifting stud to 55 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). After that, set up the oil pan and pick-up tube and then add in the A/C compressor, generator, power steering pump, dipstick support bolt and thermostat housing. Process of installing the crankshaft damper, the accessory drive belt tensioner assembly, both idler pulleys, the radiator lower hose, both heater hoses and the cooling module. Following that, add the accessory drive belt, coolant bottle, washer bottle, upper radiator hose and air cleaner assembly. Next, add coolant to the system, top up the oil and link the negative end of the battery cable.
