Start by setting the A/C discharge line into the engine compartment and take out the tape or plugs that were on the opened fittings of the line and the compressor and condenser. Grease all sides of new dual plane seals with clean oil designed for R-134a and put them onto the points they were removed from using the R-134a seals and the correctly recommended oil. Then, place the discharge line on the compressor and fasten it with a nut, tightened until it reaches 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). After that, insert the A/C discharge line into the retaining bracket and attach it to the
A/C Condenser, attaching a nut and tightening it securely to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). When you remove the A/C pressure transducer, put it on the A/C discharge line, ensure it's secure and finish by connecting the wire harness connector. After that, fit the air cleaner housing, air intake tube and resonator and attach the
Grille. Reboxer your electricity, drain the system of refrigerant, set the correct level of oil and top up the system with refrigerant.
