Slide the upper tilting column shroud over the steering wheel and insert the hazard warning switch button into its hole; then place the upper shroud so that the holes from the upper and lower shrouds line up and snap the upper and lower shrouds together. Digging our tools deeper, bring and connect the cable from the battery negative terminal.
