Screwdriver the two screws securing the radiator and fan to the upper inside radiator crossmember and then remove the condenser cooling module. When attaching the hoses, take off the plugs from the fittings on the liquid line and condenser outlet, put the liquid line onto the condenser outlet and tighten the fitting to 22.59 ± 3.39 Nm (200 ± 30 in. lbs.). Unplug or unwrap the rubber from the refrigerant line connectors on the discharge line and condenser inlet, attach the line to the condenser inlet and tighten the fitting to 22.59 ± 3.39 Nm (200 ± 30 in. lbs.). Place all air seals on the condenser and radiator properly, plug in the battery's negative cable, evacuate all refrigerant and charge the system. When installing a new condenser, put in 30 milliliters (1 fluid ounce) of oil for the type of compressor in your vehicle.
