  A: Before replacing the A/C low pressure switch, first cut off the battery's negative cable. After that, separate the A/C low pressure switch connector from the top connector on the accumulator, unscrew the switch from the accumulator's top fitting and take off the O-ring seal, disposing of it as you remove the seal. Lubricate an O-ring seal with the proper refrigerator oil, then place it on the accumulator fitting of the new low pressure clutch cycling switch. Attach and hand-tighten the A/C low pressure cycling switch to the accumulator's hose, plug back in the wire harness connector and then secure the battery negative wire.
