  A: To start, disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable which will turn off the air bag system and then wait two minutes to allow the air bag capacitor to discharge safely. Remove the blue wire found at the blower motor and open the locking tab that keep the blower motor and wheel attached inside the front section of the HVAC housing. Use care when adjusting the blower motor so that you can detach it from within the HVAC housing. During installation, set the blower motor and wheel assembly into the HVAC structure, turning it until the locking tab clicks into place. After that, plug the blower motor wire harness connector and the negative cable to the battery back into place.
