How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

Before anything else, you should remove the accessory belts and only then take out the crankshaft damper bolt. Join Insert 6827-A onto Special Tool 3-Jaw Puller 1026 and use them to remove the damper. To install the crankshaft vibration damper, use the M12 1.75 x 150 mm bolt, washer, thrust bearing and nut available in Special Tool 6792. Afterwards, tighten the crankshaft vibration damper bolt to 142 Nm (105 ft. lbs.) and then put the accessory drive belts back in position.
