How to Maintain the Upstream Oxygen Sensor on 2005 Chrysler Crossfire?

Take the negative battery cable off, then hold the engine cover in each lower corner and lift it up to remove it. After, remove the O2 sensor harness connector and pull out the O2 sensor from its location (1). As you install, cover the threads on the sensor (1) with anti-seize and apply 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.) of torque. Attach the O2 sensor harness connector and set the engine cover into its place so that the retaining clips match the rubber mounts; then press down gently and add a little lubricant to the rubber to make it easier. The next step is to attach the negative battery cable again.
