    A: To repair the steering knuckle, lift the vehicle, remove the tire, caliper adapter, rotor and wheel speed sensor. For four wheel drive you need to remove the axle shaft nut and hub/bearing. Separate the tie rod and ball joints, and then the knuckle. Reinstall in reverse order tightening all components as indicated.
