2007 Chrysler Pacifica Blower Motor Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Install a Blower Motor on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?
A: Flex the recirculation-air door downward and fit the blower motor into the HVAC system while turning and tilting as needed. Place the motor mounting tabs over the correct places and connect them with three screws, secured at 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Place the blower motor wire lead and connector in the opening located in the bottom of the air inlet housing and settle the rubber grommet into it. Insert the lower air inlet housing pivot shaft through the outside and secure the lower air inlet housing by using four screws from the lower air inlet housing and the upper air inlet housing to attach it, securing them at 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Put one machine screw through the top of the lower air inlet housing and into the upper housing, clasping it as tightly as 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Attach the wire lead from the blower motor to either its resistor or power module, follow with connecting the wire hress from the actuator to the actuator itself, then secure the actuator in the door's opening. Place the carpet back, attach the passenger side cowl trim panel, reconnect the battery cable and careful set the A/C heater temperature to the optimum point in the hot and cold temperatures.
