How to Service and Repair an Evaporator Core on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

The evaporator core is repaired and serviced after the HVAC housing has been removed. Take apart the HVAC housing in order to reach the A/C evaporator if necessary. Unscrew the thirteen screws from the top of the HVAC setup to the bottom and then separate the housing pieces. Open the rubber flange and gently raise the A/C evaporator and insulator out of the HVAC housing's bottom part.
