How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Before doing any work on the Air Door Actuator/Motor, take out the negative battery cable and separate it. After that, unscrew the condenser cover from the vehicle's top and remove it. After that, undo the nut and bolt at the rear A/C suction line and remove the four bolts at the rear condenser bracket, then take off the cover bracket. After removing those screws, remove the back evaporator cover and its insulator from the top of the vehicle. Remove the two screws that hold the rear recirculation door actuator to the rear evaporator housing, always watching the plastic alignment pin so it is not damaged. Take off the actuator for the recirculation door at the rear of the evaporator housing and remove the wire connector.
