How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator on 2009 Dodge Viper?

Turn off the air bag system by unplugging the negative battery cable and avoiding any accidental air bag deployment for two minutes. Start by taking out the negative battery cable from its connection. After that, take out the instrument panel. Release the wire harness connector from the blend door actuator on top of the HVAC housing. You should finish by removing the screws securing the actuator to the HVAC housing and pulling the actuator out.
