How to Maintain and Fix a Parking Brake Cable on 2002 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to fix the parking brake cable, lift the car and loosen the equalizer nuts. Take off the cable and bracket then the rear wheel and brake drum. Take off the cable to the brake shoe, remove and reattach. Lastly, make the parking breaks operational.
