2003 Jeep Liberty Ambient Temperature Sensor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Maintain an Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2003 Jeep Liberty?
A: Service of the ambient temperature sensor should begin with the hood opened and the negative battery cable disconnected. After that, take the grille off the car and disconnect the electrical connection for the ambient temperature sensor. Unscrew the retaining screw for the ambient temperature sensor and take the sensor from inside the vehicle. Place the ambient temperature sensor and screw it in position with the provided retaining screw. Put the ambient temperature sensor wire connector back, put the grille in its place and attach the negative battery cable once again.
