    A: On the front end of the intake manifold is the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor which is Disconnect the connector to the MAP sensor first and afterward, clean up the area around it. After that, loosen the two screws from the MAP sensor and examine the state of the O-ring as you remove it from the intake manifold. When installing, wash the MAP sensor bracket in the intake manifold and make sure the O-ring does not have any rips or nicks. Set the sensor in the manifold, fasten the screws in place and tighten them to 3 Nm (25 in. lbs.) before connecting the electrical connector again.
