To start, take out the HCU from the vehicle, remove the mounting screws from the module and disconnect the pump's power cable from the HCU. The next step is to take out the HCU module when you are finished. Put the module on the HCU and secure it by tightening the mounting screws to 6 N.m (53 in. lbs). Then, link the electrical connector from the pump to the module and finally, put the HCU back in its place inside the car.
