  • Q: How to Remove and Install a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on 2005 Dodge Dakota?
    A: In order to take out the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), unscrew the TPS, unglue the air resonator tube and electrical connector. Installation requires that the throttle shaft be oriented with the TPS socket and slightly turned. Tighten screws to 7 N-m, reconnect electrical connector and verify binding and then refit air cleaner tube.
