Initially, place the brake master cylinder in a vise and notice where the bleed tubes go: into the ports connected to the cylinder and positioned in the reservoir. Fit new brake fluid in the reservoir, then push the pistons in the cylinder with the wood dowel. Let the pistons go and allow the spring to move them back, keeping the pedal down as air bubbles are removed from the fluid.
