How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator Safely on 2007 Dodge Nitro?

The Air Door Actuator/Motor should be serviced only when you have disconnected the negative battery terminal and waited two minutes to drain the air bag system capacitor. In LHD models, take out the glove box bin and for RHD models, take out the instrument panel. After that, take out the two screws holding the recirculation door actuator to the air inlet housing. Also, take out the screws on the recirculation door actuator and pull out the actuator from the car.
