How to Maintain an HVAC Pressure Switch on 2007 Dodge Nitro?

Turn off the main negative battery cable before starting to service the Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch. After that, detach the connector from the HVAC pressure switch which is close to the dash panel on the liquid line in the engine compartment. Make sure to remove the HVAC pressure switch from the liquid line and throw away the O-ring seal. Discharging the refrigerant system is not a necessary part of this replacement.
