Can You Replace an HVAC Pressure Switch Without Discharging the Refrigerant System on 2007 Jeep Liberty?

The system doesn't have to be emptied during the replacement of the HVAC pressure switch. Disconnect the cable from the battery that is connected to the negative terminal. After that, unplug the wire harness connector from the HVAC pressure switch, found on top of the accumulator. In the end, take out the HVAC pressure switch from the accumulator and throw away the O-ring seal.
