How to Install the A/C Switch for Temperature Control on 2008 Dodge Nitro?

First, place the A/C-heater control on the back of the instrument panel center bezel and hold it in place with four screws tightened to 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.). After that, secure the center bezel to the instrument panel and connect the wires and connectors from the A/C-heater control to the wire harness on the back. Once installation is finished, join the battery's negative cable to its terminal. Whenever you turn on your car's ignition for the first time after installing a new control or using an original reinstalled control, the A/C-heater control will do a Calibration by itself. If this air conditioning (A/C)-heating function was previously used in another set of cables, you can only use the scan tool to begin the Actuator Calibration.
