Join the radiator hose tube to the thermostat and its housing, slide the hose clamps onto the housing and secure the mounting bolt of the tube. Following this, install the generator and its clamps as usual, remove any leftover coolant and then unplug the hole in the oil pan to install the oil dipstick tube. Restore the connections for the AC clutch, AC pressure sensor and generator. Install the accessory drive belts on the vehicle after raising it on a hoist, then add the belt splash shield and the right front wheel. Ease the suspension, put back on the negative battery cable and refresh the cooling system with proper fluids.
