Before installing the ORC, first stop the SRS by disconnecting the negative battery cable and then wait two minutes for the system capacitor to drain, to avoid accidental air bag activation. Align the ORC and its fitting bracket over the left side studs on the TRX AT, with the floor panel transmission tunnel allowing you to easily locate those studs first. Using the screws supplied, fasten the right side of the ORC mounting bracket and tighten till they read 10.5 Nm (95 in. lbs.), then make sure the left side is secure with two nuts, again tightened to this level. Connect both wire harness connectors to the ORC receptacles and make sure the latches are secured. Attach the center console back onto the top of the floor panel transmission tunnel.
