How to Service and Repair a Windshield Washer Nozzle on Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To work on your windshield washer spray nozzle, first take the hose off the barbed nipple of the front nozzles that you'll be using. At this step, loosen the snaps holding the front washer nozzles in place and push them with the snap features through the hole in the support bracket up to the top of the hood. Position the nozzles from the front side washers so that the nipple end goes through the mounting hole, then place their anti-rotation tab into the anti-rotation groove of the hole. Press hard and smoothly on the top of the front washer nozzle to put the snap features into place underneath the hood. At the end, make sure to reattach the washer's hose to the front washer nipples as they need.

How to Service and Repair a Windshield Washer Nozzle on Jeep Wrangler?

Before servicing the windshield washer spray nozzle, first, unlatch, open and support the hood. Take the supply hose off the barbed nipple at the front of the washer on the underside of the rear hood panel near the center. Lightly hold the front washer nozzle latch and press the nozzle out through the mounting hole, towards the upper side of the hood panel. During installation, first, open the hood; then, pass the nipple end of the nozzle through the mounting hole so that the spray opening points at the windshield. Put together the forward notched end of the nozzle housing with the forward side of the mounting hole and press the top of the nozzle evenly using the front washer until the hook on the injector locks onto the underside of the hood panel. After that, open the hood once more, fit the washer supply hose to the front washer nipple and close and secure the hood.
