First, take out the instrument panel and remove parts enough as needed to find and disconnect all the screws and connectors. Later, take out the instrument panel wire harness and the fuse box. To assemble, first place the instrument panel wire harness on the instrument panel, after that, re-attach all taken-apart components before putting the instrument panel in place. When there's a need to service the fuse box, the whole instrument panel harness needs to be changed.
