How to Maintain an Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

You should open the hood and disconnect the negative battery cable before beginning ambient temperature sensor service. After that, take off the grille from the vehicle and unplug the ambient temperature sensor electrical connector. Take out the retaining screw for the ambient temperature sensor, then lift the sensor from its place in the vehicle. For installation, place the ambient temperature sensor where required and hold it with the retaining bolt. After that, hook up the ambient temperature sensor, install the grille and then reconnect the negative battery cable.
