How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator on 2008 Jeep Commander?

Put the rear mode door actuator behind the rear HVAC housing to service and fix it. Should the fit be off, increase or reduce your quarter-turn so the splines on the actuator shaft line up with those of the rear door pivot shaft. Secure the two screws for the rear mode door actuator to the rear HVAC housing and then tighten them to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Link the rear HVAC wire harness connector to the rear mode door actuator. Attach the rear HVAC housing and start doing the Actuator Calibration through a scan tool.
