Before installing the brake master cylinder, be sure to completely bleed the master cylinder. It is necessary to change the vacuum seal on the master cylinder. Fit the new vacuum seal at the rear of the master cylinder so that it squares up in the groove. Put the master cylinder onto the studs provided by the booster, passing the booster push rod through the master cylinder's piston. Put the two master cylinder mounting nuts in place and tighten them to 15 Nm. Feed the brake tubes through the master cylinder ports and tighten the tube nuts with 20 Nm of torque. Snap the brake fluid level sensor wiring connector onto the metal plate inside the brake fluid reservoir. Reattach the battery negative cable to its post on the battery after you are done checking. Add only clean and freshly purchased Mopar(R) Brake Fluid into the master cylinder reservoir. Put the access panel on the cowl side. Try to have a firm brake pedal before operating your car; if you do not have a proper pedal, drain the entire system and check for breaks in any hoses. At the end, take the car out and check that the brakes are working properly.

How to Bleed a Brake Master Cylinder Before Installation on Chrysler Crossfire?

Place bleed tubes and a wood dowel on your new brake master cylinder; stroke the pistons gently so that any air inside the line gets released.
