The correct tool for installing the crankshaft harmonic balancer is a 5.9 inch Forcing Screw C-4685-C1 with an included Nut and Thrust Bearing from the Crank Sprocket Installer 6792. Then, set and tighten the crankshaft harmonic balancer bolt to 95 Nm after attaching the Harmonic Balancer Holding Fixture 9365 to the balancer. Now, fit in the accessory drive belt. Place the radiator cooling fan assembly where it belongs in the car and attach it using the offered cooling fan bolts, fastened to 6 Nm. Install the radiator fan connector and then place the upper radiator hose in place. Rebuild the connection between the negative battery cable and its nut and tighten it with 5 Nm. Fill the cooling system, start the engine and let it run until it reaches its normal temperature; be sure to check the fluid level at this moment.

During assembly, put the harmonic balancer onto the crankshaft. Apply Mopar (R) Nickel Anti-Seize or any similar product to the harmonic balancer bolt threads, install it tightly to 175 Nm (130 ft. lbs) and check that the fit is right. Following that, set the cooling fan assembly in place, add the radiator upper shroud next and attach all the fasteners to 11 Nm (95 in. lbs.). Set up the top radiator hose and the drive belt. After everything else, fill the cooling system and then reconnect the negative battery cable.
