Before installing the front sway bar kit, be sure the link ball joint is aiming toward the engine cradle. Lift the sway bar to the sway link at both ends of the vehicle and slot the link's free-moving ball inside the bar's housing, leaving the nut loose. You should always install sway bar isolators correctly, because of their shape, using the slit in the isolator to guide each sway bar isolator onto the bar under the locating collar with the slit at the rear of the car. After that, fit the sway bar isolator retainer halves around the isolator on both sides and tighten them with bolts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.). Attach the sway bar heat shield using the supplied screws over the isolator retainer. As you keep the stem from turning at the hex or flat, torque the sway link nuts on both ends of the sway bar to 128 Nm (95 ft. lbs.). Afterward, fit the belly pan onto the engine and bring the vehicle back down to the ground.
