At the start of your maintenance, cut power to the Electronic Brake Control Module by disconnecting the negative battery cable and putting it aside. Subsequently, press the sides of the connector cover and pull the cover partway out and up to remove the connector from the antilock brake module. You don't need to remove the brake lines from the ICU fluid ports since the ABM can be installed and removed without touching them. Remove all brake tubes from the routing clips along the upper radiator support, then pull the front right tube from the clip below the Fuse And Relay Center and take off both rear tubes from their routing clip on that bracket. Lift the ICU away from the mounting grommets and slide it further in until its screws are visible inside the tail, watching that you aren't squeezing the brake tubes. Ultimately, loosen the four screws fastened to the HCU and take the ABM out from the HCU.
